After finding success in karting and 600s, Tyler
Anderson picked up a win in another realm of dirt
racing as he took Mike Havlik’s Ford Focus powered
midget to a victory over a field of open midget
motors at Salem Indoor Raceway on Saturday. Anderson
pulled off the coveted clean sweep as he found the
perfect combination on the XXX midget to get it
around the track. |

Time In XXX 600 |

December 6th.
Derek Holmwood enjoyed victory lane for the first
time in a 600 on Saturday night, as he took his XXX
600 to winner’s circle at Salem Indoor Raceway in
Oregon. Holmwood, a former Deming Speedway track
champion in the 1200 division, has four XXX cars
built as he tunes up for this year’s Tulsa Shootout
which is coming up over New Year’s weekend. |

November 20th, 2010 - Bacon Is Western World
Champion |

November 20th.
When Brady Bacon broke an engine in Thursday night’s
winged qualifying action and the Tel-Star crew had
to pull the engine from the wingless car to put in
the winged car, the chances of defending his
wingless Western World title seemed slim with no
spare engine at his disposal. But, Joe Zierolf
stepped up and offered a powerplant that
ultimately led the Broken Arrow, OK, shoe to
USA Raceway victory lane once again.
After finishing sixth in Friday night’s preliminary
main event to earn a sixth row starting berth for
Saturday’s $5,000-to-win wingless finale, Bacon
charged to the front and took the lead away from
Levi Jones on the 18th lap en route to another
Arizona win.

November 20th, 2010 - Brad Keller Picks Up His
First 410 Sprintcar Feature |

November 20th.
They say ‘there is a first time for everything,’
well this could not could not be any closer to the
truth for Brad Keller, as he notched up career
maiden victories at Adelaide’s Speedway City in the
third round of the Revolution Racegear Sprintcar
Track Championship Series. After several false
starts Cobby got the jump and powered to a
commanding race lead. Keller passed Cobby in lapped
traffic, and while trying to chase down Keller,
Cobby’s steering box broke while at top speed,
sending the car thumping into the pit gate and into
a series of violent rolls. From there on
Keller held the lead to claim the victory but also
the lead in the track series after finishing the
prior two events with creditable placings towards
the pointy end of the field.

November 15th, 2010 - Dreams Do Come True ...
McCorkindale Beats Star Studded Field At Parramatta |

November 15th.
Some things rolled his way on Saturday night;
Queensland’s Cameron Gessner and Ian Loudoun came
together in unfortunate circumstance while running
first and second. But that was just two of the
big names. McCorkindale had the likes of American
Jason Sides, Robbie Farr, Max and Mitchell Dumesny,
Garry Brazier... and it goes on and on, also in the
A-Main field.
Reality is: only Robbie Farr even had the pace to
threaten McCorkindale in the final ten laps. For the
remainder – the kid from Young, in NSW’s south-west
region, had them all covered. Jon McCorkindale
contemplated not even racing at the BBX Sprintcar
Spring Nationals, but at the completion of
thirty-five laps, amongst the toughest competition
in Australia, has walked away $10,000 richer

With the weather turning ugly in the Pacific NW,
Greg Hamilton took full advantage of the indoor
racing going on at Salem Indoor Raceway in Oregon,
as he’s won the past two 600 restricted main events
in his XXX chassis. The wins are the first for Greg
in the 600 ranks. |

November 8th, 2010 - Sean McClelland: ASCS
Sooner Region Champ |
|
November 8th. On a
cold night in Oklahoma, Sean McClelland won his
second career ASCS Sooner Region title after taking
his 4th race win of the year in his XXX chassis.
Following a tough weekend at the Short Track
Nationals, McClelland broke in a new racecar the
right way by placing it in victory lane at
Thunderbird Speedway in Muskogee, OK. McClelland
fought tooth and nail with Zach Chappell before
taking over the lead for good on the 20th lap.
Congrats to Sean on his championship. |

Thunder Sprints Finale: Adams Champion in XXX |

Russel Enright made the last race of the year for
the Southern Thunder Sprints count, as he won the
finale of a two night event at Ark La Tex Speedway
to take his first feature win of the year. Enright
ended up finishing 5th in the point standings, with
Team XXX driver Koty Adams securing the series
championship. |

Triple X Race Co continues to dominate the ASCS 2
Eco Tech Midget series, as Team XXX driver Tyler
Thomas won his 4th feature of the year in his XXX
midget Saturday night at Cowtown Speedway in Texas.
XXX chassis dominated the first year of the ASCS 2
Midget division, winning all five feature events run
under the ASCS 2 sanction. Points standings for the
ASCS 2 Midget Division are not up to date, but Team
XXX expects to congratulate Thomas on being the
inaugural series champion as well. |

Michael Wins 7th URC
Championship after switching to XXX |
|
In
his quest for a 7th URC
title, Curt Michael was looking for a little more
from his chassis program. After a late August switch
to XXX, Michael found the extra speed he needed,
capping his season with a come from behind victory
in the season points championship this past weekend.
Michael, who has consistently passed more cars than
any other URC competitor since the switch, finished
fourth place this past weekend to regain the points
lead and take the title, his seventh overall.

October 2nd, 2010 - Shouse & “Supe” go 1-2 at
Lawton |

2nd. Sooner country has been
Team XXX country this race season, with two
native Oklahomans asserting themselves this
past weekend. On Saturday night, Andy Shouse piloted the Bishop Racing #27 XXX to
victory lane in the ASCS Sooner main event at Lawton
Speedway. Shouse took the lead over on lap 22 on his
way to his second ASCS win of the year. He was
followed to the line by the current ASCS Sooner
points leader Sean “Supe” McClelland, who further
cemented his stranglehold on the Sooner Region point
standings. |

Gobrecht Memorial Champion |

25th. One of the premier events
in Pennsylvania 600 racing is the Kevin Gobrecht Memorial held at Trail-Way
Speedway, and the 2010 edition went to Team XXX
driver Jimmy Brookens. Brookens led from lap nine
all the way to the checkered flag on lap 50 to take
his eighth feature win of the season. This one was
arguable the biggest for the Shippensburg native, as
he exclaimed in victory lane “This is the one that I
wanted!” |

finish in the 3w XXX chassis, Roush-Yates
Ford powered 360 on the newly revamped
3/8-mile oval at I-96 Speedway, Ryan Grubaugh won the tight points race to become the
2010 ASCS SOD point championship.

this year at Jackie Green’s Creek County
Speedway in Oklahoma. Kyle Clark is the
latest and final Team XXX driver to score a
feature win in his XXX chassis this year, as
the Sand Springs native grabbed the lead on
a lap seven restart en route to his first
Sprint Car triumph. |

September 24th and 25th, 2010 - Miller Sweeps Non Wing
Nationals |

24th and 25th. For the second
straight year, Kyle Miller proved his mettle
with the best wingless racers in the
Northwest as he won the Non Wing Nationals
at Cottage Grove Speedway, leading all 50
laps of the Saturday night feature. Kyle was
absolutely dominant all weekend, winning the
semi feature on Friday night as well. Miller
lapped all the way up to sixth place in
Saturday night’s finale. |

September 24th and 25th, 2010 - Jenkins Sweeps at I-30 |

24th and 25th. Blake Jenkins was
the top dog Friday and Saturday night at
I-30 Speedway in the restricted 600
division. Running as a companion to the 600
Nationals, Jenkins won every race he entered
in the restricted class, as he won his heat
and main on Friday night, and the dash and
main on Saturday night as well in his XXX
chassis. |

25th. Chuck Alessi led the CRSA Sprint Cars to a victory
at the Rolling Wheels Raceway in Elbridge, NY.
Piloting around the huge 5/8 mile track, Alessi
swapped the lead multiple times over the 20 lap main
before narrowly taking the win. |

of the year came down to the final night in
the 600 division.
JR Thomas held a 10 point advantage heading into the
finale with Kyle Johnson right on his heels. Johnson
grabbed the early advantage, but JR got
by him on lap 9 and led the rest of the way to win
his second feature of the year and the points title. |

exhilarating wins. He added another chapter to his
legacy at the famed track on Friday night using a
textbook slide job in turns one and two on the 23rd
lap to take the lead from Sammy Swindell en route to
the R19s' sixth win this season with the World of
Outlaws. |

18th. Marysville Raceway Park was back
in action for the first time in close to two
months, and when the dust settled, Andy
Forsberg stood in victory lane next to his
XXX Chassis. Forsberg would start from
inside row one and challenge Willie Croft
for the point until passing him around the
lap ten mark. The feature went green to
checkered for the 20 lap duration with
Forsberg coming out on top for the second
time in three weeks in the Forsberg
Motorsports #92 XXX. |

event to secure his first season
championship at Skagit Speedway over his

18th. Bill Rude put everything
together in 2010, riding three main event
wins to a season championship in the Skagit
Speedway Sportsman Sprint division. Rude
took over the main event lead on lap 10
after race leader Steve Parker caught some
air coming off of turn 4, taking him out of
the contest. Rude would lead the final five
laps for his third win the Dri Eaz #33
XXX, securing his championship. |

Haudenschild Wins 5th WoO Feature for R19 Team at
Clay County Fair Speedway |

17th. Jac Haudenschild has won at numerous tracks from
coast-to-coast in his career, though one he had not
won at was Clay County Fair Speedway in Spencer,
Iowa. He changed that on Friday night as he bested
fellow Hall of Famer Steve Kinser to score his
fourth win of the 2010 campaign and his first at
Clay County in the Arnold Motor Supply Shootout.
For Haudenschild, who started his XXX fifth in the
30-lap event, the $10,000 triumph was the 55th of
his career with the World of Outlaws, as he remains
10th on the series all-time win list.

night’s 25-lap feature event at Mid-America
Speedway. McClelland battled past Kyle Bellm
on a lap three restart and then beat Nick Smith in a
high-speed chase through heavy traffic on the
3/10-mile clay oval, lapping all the way up to
fourth for his second series win of the year aboard
the Myers-powered Maxwell Oil No. 1 Triple-X.

10th. Jimmy Brookens enjoyed two wins over the weekend, scoring
a Friday night victory at Path Valley Speedway in
Pennsylvania, then capturing the track championship
Saturday night at Trail Way Speedway. Piloting his
XXX mini sprint, Brookens took the lead from fellow
Team XXX driver Lance Newlin on lap 2 and led all
the way to the final flag on lap 20 to pick up his
seventh win of the year. The win tied him atop the
Path Valley points chase. On Saturday night,
Brookens raced his way to a second place finish at
Trail Way Speedway, securing the 2010 points
championship. Jimmy was the model of consistency at
the Hanover track, finishing in the top ten in 16 of
his 17 races there. |

5th. Former URC Champion Curt Michael is looking to collect
another URC title this season, and turned to XXX
chassis to help him get there. In his third night in
a XXX, Michael took a big step toward securing
another points title, picking up a win against the
ultra tough URC series at Georgetown Speedway in
Delaware, taking over the season points lead in the
process. After starting 10th, Michael was up to
third by lap five and had the lead by lap nine. The
win on Sunday night capped a stout weekend for
Michael, who went from 12th to 3rd the previous
night at Delaware Int. Speedway. |

4th. Brian Montieth left no doubt who the best was at Lincoln
Speedway in 2010 by coming from his 12th starting
spot to chase down polesitter and race-long leader
Derek Sell, pass him for the lead on a 11th-lap
restart, and then pull away from the field to pick
up his fourth win of the year in the 25-lap 410
Sprint feature.
"I can’t complain about this thing," said Montieth
in victory lane, "Scott (Zellers), Todd, and Craig
work on this thing every week and Jerry (Parrish)
gives them everything whatever they need to keep
this thing up front. There are so many people to

the halfway point of the feature, then held off the
field for his first ASCS regional triumph of 2010.

5th. Over Labor Day weekend, J Kinder
served notice to all 305 competitors in the
Midwest that he’ll be a force to reckon with

preliminary night, Kinder won the Lake Ozark
305 Nationals on Sunday night in his XXX
chassis. J purchased his car from Iowa’s
authorized XXX dealer, Kustom Sprint

4th. Greg DeCaires made a cameo appearance in the Bullet
Racing #35 XXX chassis on Saturday night at
Placerville Speedway in CA pay off with a win in the
360 Sprint division. Filling in for Shane Golobic,
DeCaires led from the outset and paced the field
with no issues over the 25 lap feature. |

at Creek County |

4th. Make it two straight wins for
David Dutton at Creek County Speedway in
Oklahoma. On Saturday, Dutton took over the
lead on lap three and raced away for the
victory. |

September 3rd, 2010 - Haudenschild Hauls One in
at Skagit Speedway |
|
September
3rd. Friday night belonged to The Wild
Child at Skagit Speedway. Aboard the Owens
Corning Fiberglass #R19 XXX, Jac
Haudenschild won his third World of Outlaws A
Feature of the year in front of a rowdy crowd in the
30 lap Main Event. The Wooster, OH native led from
the outset, setting the pace over the first nine
laps of the feature before Kerry Madsen lost a rear
end on the front straightaway. On the restart, San
Jose, CA native Tim Kaeding took the lead, blasting
by Haudenschild on the high side of turn two to take
the point in the DTR Transport #83 KPC. Haudenschild
was undeterred, keeping Kaeding close before making
his move as the two entered traffic. Haudenschild
reassumed the lead on lap 17, with the two drivers
trading moves in and amongst traffic before Jac
secured the point for keeps on the 19th circuit.
After enduring a lap 25 restart, it was all
Haudenschild, as the driver of the Carnahan
Motorsports #R19 picked up his first Skagit Speedway
victory and forth win for the R19 team this year
with the World of Outlaws.

September 3rd, 2010 - And The Award For Strangest
Use of a XXX Chassis Goes To ... |

3rd. The run what you brung wingless 360 show at Petaluma
Speedway has brought out some strange looks over the
years, but Mr Excitement, Andy Forsberg, took things
to a whole new level. Under the guise of “It’s a
side panel”, Forsberg smoked the field for the win
in his XXX chassis. Forsberg stated that the wild
side panel planted the car and helped steer it like
a rudder on a boat. The XXX R&D department
officially has no comment on the side panel,
however, rumors were heard from deep within the
laboratory that a new line of XXX hydroplanes may
hit the market soon with a similar panel design.

Dan Kaszubinski went north of the border to pick up
his first win of the season in his XXX chassis.
Following an early race tangle with second place
running Kevin Ward, Kaszubinksi reasserted himself,
finding some speed in the high groove around the
tight ¼” mile of Le RPM Speedway in Quebec to take
his first win of 2010 and 31st career tally with the
ESS.

August 28th, 2010 - Westfall Wins Twice on
Saturday Night |

28th. Matt Westfall was a two time
main event winner on Saturday night at
Waynesfield Raceway Park, winning both the
regularly scheduled main and the makeup
feature from 7/24. The makeup feature was
run first, and Westfall engaged in a
thrilling battle with race leader Mike
Brecht before finally planting his XXX
chassis on the high groove and streaking
away for the win. In the second feature,
Westfall streaked away early, utilizing his
pole position to the maximum advantage as he
racked up his 6th win in 8 races at WRP, with the two non-wins being 2nd place
finishes.

for Beechler at Boyd |

28th. Last week, Ryan Beechler busted out a brand new XXX chassis and
won with it at Kennedale Speedway Park. This week,
Beechler took another main event win, toppling the
ultra tough Sprint Series of Texas at Boyd Raceway.
Beechler started tenth and made his way to the front
like a rocket ship en route to the win. With the new
car being 2 for 2 on race wins, Beechler will look
to keep his momentum up by taking on the SST next at
Heart o Texas Speedway on September 11th.

was a race winner this past weekend in his XXX
chassis at I-90 Speedway in Hartford, SD. Ekern won
the 360 feature on Saturday night after starting in
the 5th position. The win was his first of the year.

28th. Dan Hall held off Ken Mackey at
Butler Speedway in Michigan to take his
second win of the year in 410 competition.
The two started side by side on the front
row, and traded moves back and forth with
Hall eventually pulling ahead enough to
secure the victory. He also won the heat
race.

28th. Dan Henning had an ultra loaded
weekend of racing, and his XXX 600 mini
sprint was up to the task. On Friday night,
Henning ran from the back of his feature to
finish 4th place in the main at his local
track. Saturday night at Nobles County
Speedway in Minnesota, Dan won his heat and
took the preliminary night feature win of
the Worthington Nationals. On Sunday night,
Henning ran second in the Worthington
Nationals finale, and took third in the
companion non-wing race. Congratulations Dan
on your strong efforts all weekend! |

at Skagit Speedway With Another Win |

28th. For Skagit Speedway veteran Alan
Munn, a season like this has been a long
time coming. On Saturday night, Munn won his
third race of the year and stretched his
points lead in the Budweiser 360 division at ASA member
track Skagit Speedway, leading all 25 laps of the
main in his Munn Construction #42 XXX. Alan has
never won a Skagit Speedway track championship in
his 30+ years of racing and will look to bring home
his first season title with only one points race
remaining. |

Parker shook a 6 season monkey of his back, taking
home his first main event victory since roughly late
2005 in the Cook Road Shell Sportsman Sprint
division. After battling mechanical woes all
season, Parker put it all together on this cool
August night, leading all 20 laps en route to the
win in his Construction Unlimited #23 XXX. |

August 22nd. With a
superman logo flying prominently on his car, Austin
“The Man of Steel” Alumbaugh was near invulnerable
on Sunday night in Missouri. Taking on the WoW at
Missouri State Fair Speedway in Sedalia, the 2009
WoW Rookie of the Year scored his second main event
victory of 2010.

August 22nd, 2010 - Krysl Continues Title
Defense w/ Back To Back Wins |

August
22nd and 15th. Ron Krysl is keeping up his championship momentum at
Stuart Community Track in Nebraska by winning the
past two features at the ¼ mile dirt oval. Krysl,
last years limited sprint champion, has now won four
races this season as he clings to a one point lead
in the late stages of the 2010 championship chase. |

August 21st, 2010 - Ballou 2010 ASCS Sprint
Bandits TNT Champion In An XXX 1-2 |

21st. Robert Ballou finished a couple of car lengths short of
winning the Shuman Classic in Kansas City, but the
California native captured his second ASCS Sprint
Bandits TNT title by virtue of his runner-up finish.
Ballou took the title by a mere 26 points over
fellow TeamXXX racer and last years Chmapion Brady
Bacon. Congratulations to both Robert and
Brady on a great year with the ASCS Sprint Bandits. |

August 21st, 2010 - Montieth Back-To-Back PA
Wins With Victory At Lincoln |
|
August
21st. Brian Montieth has made a habit of winning 410 sprint car
thrillers. But his win in Saturday night’s John
Gleim, Jr. Excavating Night 58th Anniversary show at
Lincoln Speedway might have been his most thrilling
of all. In spectacular fashion, Montieth watched
Lance Dewease pull a slider to briefly take the race
lead in the final turns, then out-muscled the
Fayetteville star off turn four to win the race to
the checkered. Montieth’s third Lincoln win of the
year, his second of the weekend (Friday night at
Williams Grove), was worth $5,800 for the special
30-lap event. |

the year Saturday night at St Francois
County Raceway in Farmington, MO. It was a
dominating night for Steve as he won not
only the feature, but the dash and his heat

21st. Team XXX driver Jacob Patton
took his XXX 600 mini sprint to victory lane
at Wayne County Speedway in Illinois. Going
non-wing, Patton won his dash, heat and the
feature. Team XXX had a good night overall
at the 1/8 mile bullring, with Dereck King taking 3rd in
the winged portion of the event and 5th in the
non-wing main. |

21st. Another week, another win for
Ryan Beechler. The 305 Hotshoe
was victorious again on Saturday night, this time at
Kennedale Speedway Park in Texas, home to his
previous triumph. Ryan won his heat and
bested the field in the feature. |

21st. After a successful Clay Cup
Nationals at Deming Speedway where he was a
preliminary night winner, Landon Hurst has
been fighting hard to return to victory lane
at his home track of Lemoore Raceway. This
past Saturday night, Hurst was back in
winner’s circle, taking down the Stock
division at Lemoore for his fourth overall
win of 2010. through on top.

21st. Driving a former Tulsa Shootout
winning XXX 600 mini sprint, Phillip Davis
won his first career main event on Saturday
night at Caney Valley Speedway in Kansas.
After running second early, Davis took the
lead on lap 6 and never looked back ,
leading the rest of the way en route to the
win. |

Montieth Takes The Grove For His 4th Win In 5
Weekends |

20th. Brian Montieth continues his
recent domination of Williams Grove
Speedway, winning four times inthe last 5
weekends. On Friday night, Krimes appeared
to be headed for his first career victory at
the Grove until Montieth entered the
picture. After starting third Montieth took
second place from Leppo on lap 14, then
began to close on the leader. Montieth slid
in front of Krimes exiting turn four on lap
sixteen and went on to win by a scant .48
margin. |

August 17th, 2010 - Ballou Back on Top of TNT |

August
17th. Team XXX drivers Robert Ballou and Brady Bacon are staging an
epic war across the Mid West as the 2010 ASCS Sprint
Bandits TNT series heads into its final weekend.
Ballou reassumed the points lead after a win on
Tuesday night at Missouri State Fair Speedway,
taking over the lead on lap 19 en route to victory.
The win was Robert’s fourth in TNT action this year
and 9th overall. |

August 14th, 2010 - Kristan Wins 3rd Feature in
XXX |

14th. Brian Kristan continued his tear through the Upper Midwest
this year, as his third XXX chassis victory came
this past Saturday night. Competing at Wilmot
Raceway in the 410 division, Kristan and Mike
Kertscher traded sliders all over the racetrack,
with Kristan eventually coming through on top.

August 14th, 2010 - Grubaugh Tops ASCS SOD |

August 14th.
Ryan Grubaugh took a hard fought win over the ASCS
Sprints on Dirt Saturday night at Butler Motor
Speedway in MI. After starting second, Grubaugh
stalked the race leader for the first eighteen laps.
On lap 19, Grubaugh found his opening, taking over
the lead and securing the win. The victory also
extended Ryan’s ASCS SOD points lead. |

Smith Wins for Second Time
in Last Three Events |

14th. There was a lot of effort put
into Danny Smith’s OCRS victory on Saturday
night. After his hauler blew a tire getting
to the track, Smith barely got to the track
in time to undertake hot laps. From there,
the night got progressively better as Smith
ran his way through the field to take the
lead on lap 23 and subsequently his second
race win of the season. |

August 13th, 2010 - Montieth Wins 3rd Feature

13th. Those that are superstitious
dread Friday the 13th. But not
the Edge. Brian Montieth of Phoenixville
won his third race of the season at Williams Grove
Speedway Friday night, taking the lead from Rick
Lafferty with five laps to go in the 25-lap 410
sprint main. Montieth garnered over $4,000 for his
victory, the seventh of his career at the oval. |

2010 |

14th. Alan Munn was victorious for the
second time on the year in the Budweiser 360
Sprints. Munn led all 25 laps for the
victory in the Munn Construction #42 XXX.
Munn was challenged late by second place
finisher Brock Lemley piloting the Randy Price owned #21 Maxim.
Kelsey Carpenter took third place late in the Dri
Eaz #29 XXX after Jared Peterson spun out trying to
make a move on Lemley. |

14th. Fortune once again smiled on
Justin Youngquist as he went on
to win his second straight Cook Road Shell Sportsman
Sprint Main Event at Skagit Speedway. Driving his
Bubba Suds Car Wash #56 XXX, Youngquist inherited
the lead on lap 9 ann paced the field comfortably
until lap 17, when lapped traffic and a hard
charging Dylan Dunham reared their collective heads.
When the dust settled, Youngquist held of Dunham for
his second straight win in the Sportsman Sprints by
a mere .057 seconds. |

August 13th, 2010 - McDonald Holds off Tough
Challenges for Win |

13th. Three Team XXX drivers were hard
after Friday night’s Empire Super Sprints
main event win. When the dust settled, Brian
McDonald held off Dan Kaszubinski and Chuck
Hebing to record his first win of the year and third
career with the ESS, all coming in XXX chassis.
McDonald led every lap of the race, with Hebing
challenging early, then Kaszubinski coming on strong
late, the latter taking the lead for a split second
on the 24th circuit. |

Gailley won the A Feature this past weekend at
Devil’s Bowl Speedway in Texas. After winning his
heat race, Gailley led the final twelve laps of the
main event en route to his first victory in his XXX
chassis. David, one of the top sales reps at
Smiley’s of Dallas, says his XXX chassis is “…a
great car and quality craftsmanship!” |

car field at Sweet Springs Motorsports Complex for

on Friday night at Deming Speedway. Fell was the
fastest in time trials by two tenths of a second on

up by wiring the field in the main, keeping all
challengers at bay. . |

July 30th, 2010 - The "Edge" Gets Win # 2 At
Williams Groove With Late Race Pass |

July 30th. Brian Montieth was disappointed with his performance in
last week’s Summer Nationals at Williams Grove
Speedway, but he came back with a vengeance to win
the 25-lap sprint car feature on Friday night.
Montieth started tenth, but was passed by Hodnett on
the first lap. Montieth took third from Hodnett on
the 16th circuit, then shot past Wilt two tours
later. At this point Kauffman had a big lead, but
the man they call The Edge hadn’t given up. Montieth
caught Kauffman with two laps left and Hodnett was
right behind him. With the first three running under
a blanket exiting turn four with the white flag
waving, Kauffman was above the cushion, Montieth in
the middle and Hodnett on the inside. Montieth
emerged with the lead, then pulled away on the last
lap to win by 1.48 seconds. |

July 30th. Seth Hespe
put the Brownfield family back in victory lane for
the first time in over a decade at Skagit Speedway,
as Seth led all 20 laps of the Ford Focus Midget A
Feature. Driving the Skagit Speedway sponsored #92
XXX, Hespe was perfect in clicking off consistent,
fast laps around the high groove. |

July 24th, 2010 - The Hammer Bests Outlaws At
Lebanon Valley Speedway |

July 24th. Substitute
driver Doug Esh dominated Sunday nights World Of
Outlaws race, leading every lap that he was on the
track. Filling in for Jac Haudenshild while he
is side lined with a broken hand, Esh got a clean
sweep, winning his heat, dash and main leading every
lap.
“This is unbelievable,” said
Esh in Victory Lane. “I have to thank Lon Carnahan
for giving me a shot. It’s a shame that Jac (Haudenschild)
got hurt. The Triple X car, I had never driven one
and this may be the best car I have ever sat in.
Leonard, Marie and Kyle worked hard all day and had
one of the fastest cars here tonight and I just had
to get the job done.”
Congrats to the Hammer on a dominating
night.

ASCS in Cottage Grove Nationals Finale! |

July 24th. Oklahoma’s
Brady Bacon charged to victory lane in
Saturday night’s 35-lap Lucas Oil ASCS main event at Cottage Grove Speedway.
The 20-year-old from Broken Arrow, OK, gunned into
the lead at the outset and led the entire distance
on the ¼-mile clay oval, taking the $6,000 triumph
with a handful of lapped cars and nearly a half-lap
between himself and runner-up Seth Bergman at the
checkered flag. “That’s the way I like ‘em,”
Bacon commented upon climbing from Tel-Star
Communications No. 99 Triple-X in victory lane for
the fourth time this season in Lucas Oil National
competition.

Carpenter’s first career 360 Sprint win highlighted
Military / Chamber of Commerce night at ASA member
track Skagit Speedway. Carpenter, battled from lap
16 till 20 with the leader and eventually made his
move, passing Funk going into turn one and holding
the point for the rest of the contest in his Dri Eaz
sponsored XXX chassis. Carpenter’s first win in the
360 division came with a different car number, as
his usual #27c took a backseat to a Travis Rilat
styled #29, as Kelsey and his team dedicated the
race to the memory of Tyson Perez and the recovery
of Travis Rilat. |

weather has made it hard on our Team XXX drivers in
Alberta to get their season underway. When racing
action does get in, Justin Bienert has been
consistently one of the top teams in the Sportsman
Sprint division, and he proved it again on Saturday
night. With a huge field of Sportsman Sprints on
hand, Bienert was the main event winner at Castrol
Raceway Park in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Bienert
also won his heat race. . |

July 16th. Smokey
Fairbank survived a wild night to pick up his third
feature win of the year at Wakeeney Speedway in
Kansas. After a four hour delay between his heat
race and the main, Fairbank passed former URSS
champion Cj Johnson in traffic en route to his third
triumph of 2010. |

July 16th, 2010 - Montieth From 17th To Win
At The Grove |

July 16th. Brian Montieth tuned up for the World of Outlaws-
sanctioned Summer Nationals with a convincing
victory in the 30-lap sprint car feature Friday
night at Williams Grove Speedway. Montieth caught
the attention of the crowd as he charged from the
17th starting position to fifth with eight laps
complete. Montieth passed McIntyre one lap later and
began his pursuit of the leader. He shot to the
inside entering turn one on lap 24, then drove by
Hodnett and two lapped cars to emerge with the lead.
Despite a red flag with four laps remaining, Hodnett
was not able to challenge Montieth, who rolled to
his fifth career victory and first of the season at
Williams Grove. He earned $4000 for his performance. |

July 16th. One of our
valued Team XXX members in the Deep South has been a
man on a mission this season, as this past weekend, Koty Adams won his third Southern Thunder Sprints
race in the past month. The win was easy going for
Adams, as he led from the very get go without
challenge at Sabine Motor Speedway in Many, LA.
Adams’ previous two wins came at Champion Park
Speedway in Minden, LA on June 19th and at Lonestar
Speedway in Kilgore, TX on June 26th. |

July 15th, 2010 - Cali XXX 600 Wins Night 2
At Clay Cup |

July 15th. In the 600
class, Landon Hurst used a little luck and a big
power move to secure his first Deming Speedway
victory. After the original lead two cars took
themselves out on a lap six wreck, Kelly Mauck
inherited the lead with Hurst in behind him. After
pacing him for a few laps, Hurst used a bonsai power
move underneath Mauck to secure the lead coming out
of turn two on the tenth lap, then raced away from
the field to secure the win. |

numerous strong runs against both stout local and
national competition, defending I-30 Speedway track
Justin Sturch won his first race of 2010. Taking on the
tough I-30 local group, Sturch bested the 16 car
field to score his first W in his XXX chassis after
leading all 25 laps. |

July 17th. The nation’s
oldest Midget sanctioning body, the Badger Midget
Auto Racing Association, crowned its first multiple
main event winner of the season on Saturday night.
Matt Smith, pilot of the Hawk Race Engines XXX
midget, took his second stateside victory of the
year at Beaver Dam Raceway in Wisconsin. Matt led
every lap but one en route to victory lane. |

Texas, wins at Grays Harbor |

July 15th. Travis Rilat
is best known for his ability to drive a winged
sprint car, both with 410 and 360ci motors, but
Rilat reminded everyone that he's no slouch when the
tops are removed from his car either as on Thursday
night he won the IXL Metal Conditioner NorthWest
Wingless Tour event at Grays Harbor Raceway. The
ASCS National Tour star from Forney, Texas was in
town a day early for this weekend's Fred Brownfield
Memorial event, and late in the day on Thursday
Rilat decided to remove his wings and go after the
$1,200 first place prize. The decision paid off for
Rilat, who led 29 of 30 laps to take the victory in
his own No. 29 Shark-powered XXX. |

Lonestar vs. Sooner region event at RPM Speedway of
Texas. It was an all XXX 1-2 finish, as Sean
McClelland extended his Sooner region points lead by
taking runner up. |

McClelland has been dialed in all season long in his
brand new XXX chassis, but the only thing that’s
been missing has been that elusive first victory. On
Saturday night at Lawton Speedway in Oklahoma,
“Supe” got the monkey off his back by scoring the
victory in the ASCS Red River Challenge. Sean held
off the best racers of the Lonestar and Sooner
regions as he led all 25 laps, extending his points
lead in the Sooner region to 44 marks. |

showing left Trever with some parts to repair, he
rebounded with a vengeance, scoring his first
victory in the rain shortened main event. |

“One man’s trash is another man’s treasure” almost
fit like a glove on Friday night at Elko Speedway in
Minnesota. Driving the XXX chassis that recorded the
first XXX World of Outlaw feature win, Johnson
recorded his first win in a XXX by topping the Upper
Midwest Sprint Series in Friday night action.
Johnson led all 20 laps of the caution marred
feature. |

Second Time in Three Weeks |

has shown his versatility over the past few weeks.
After capturing a feature win on June 25th in
non-wing action at Valley Speedway in Grain Valley
MO, Potter put the wing back on this past weekend to
score his second W in three weeks driving his #55

600 |

July 10th. With an off
weekend from Powri Action, King Racing patriarch
Rick King took the #32 Quick Racing Products XXX 600
house car to Southern Illinois Speedway for a
shakedown session. Proving that he hasn’t lost too
much of a step to his son, Powri champ Dereck King,
Rick went out and won the 25 lap feature on
Saturday. Way to score one for the old guys, Rick! |

Feature Win At Skagit |

July 10th. An extremely
packed house saw Jayme Barnes take his second main
event win of the year at Skagit Speedway in the 410
Sprints on mid season championship night. Barnes
quickly making his way to second. As the race
progressed, Barnes closed slowly on the leader,
looking for his opportunity to strike. That

all but one lap in his XXX midget powered by Hawk
Racing Engines. |

the checkers Saturday night July 3rd in Iowa Micro
Sprint Series action. Henning started off the

nights IMSS race at the Marshalltown speedway
charging from 6th to 2nd. Saturday night things got
even better for the Southern Iowa Native as he
picked up heat race honors and the A-Main checkers
July 3rd taking the lead on lap one and holding on
through some tough lap traffic and a mid race
restart, but in the end Henning held off all
challengers for the victory. |

money is on the line, Jimmy Crawford has the hammer
down. Driving the XXX car owned by his motor builder
Steve Gresham, Crawford won another big paying race
at Ventura Raceway as he took home $2,500 for his
victory in the second of three rounds in the All
Coast Construction Series in the wingless 360
division. Crawford now sits second in points for the
$3,500 to win championship race coming up in
October, a race he won last year. Crawford is the
proprietor of Twister X, the authorized XXX dealer

and then used Glen’s teammate Eric Thibert as a
basketball style pick to trap Glen on the bottom and
storm around the high side to take the lead and
eventual win in his Timber Trax #30 XXX. |

Rebel Sprint Series made their inaugural visit the
tight ¼ bullring at the El Paso County Speedway at
Calhan Colorado. Fifteen teams checked in at the
gate to do battle on the slightly banked oval. The
racing action was fast and furious as the fans were
treated to some great racing action with the winning
pass coming on the run to the checkers with Ransom
Kansas’s Smokey Fairbank grabbed his second victory
in the 2010 season.

Hall of Famers competing in the inaugural Hall of
Fame Classic for the World of Outlaws at the
legendary Knoxville Raceway, it was only fitting
that one of them was in Victory Lane at the end of
the night on Friday. That driver was Jac
Haudenschild, a 2009 inductee into the National
Sprint Car Hall of Fame, who outdistanced Brian
Brown on a couple of restarts with two laps
remaining to score his second win of the season.
“I’m glad to win,” said Haudenschild. “We have a
good combination with this XXX car and Leonard Lee
working on it and we have a great car owner in Lon
Carnahan. The car felt good tonight and it’s always
good to pick up wins.” |

raced to one of the best finishes ever seen at
Deming Speedway in the 1200 division. Fell took the
lead on lap seven when Jared Gunderson spun leading
the race. Fell would hold serve till a ref lag on
lap 23 would create a green-white-checkered scenario
with Lemley directly behind him. Fell restarted
clean, picking up a couple of car lengths as he took
the white flag before disaster struck. Fell
misjudged the apex of turn two, hitting the wall and
slowing his momentum. Lemley used the misstep to
take a shot at the lead, driving down and throwing a
massive slidejob on Aaron as they entered three.
Aaron recovered, drove back underneath Brock and
beat him to the final flag by a margin of just 0.008
seconds. |

Oklahoma’s Brady Bacon completed a sweep of the
weekend’s Second Annual Boot Hill Casino Steve King
Memorial at the Jetmore Motorplex by racing to
victory lane in Sunday night’s 30-lap Lucas Oil main
event. “I could hear ‘em, I knew someone was all
over me,” Bacon explained after the $6,000 triumph.
“That’s why I kept moving around on the track, going
high and then low, I didn’t want to stay in one
place and have ‘em go right by in the middle.” That
strategy and perfect timing in traffic sealed the
deal for Bacon in Mike and Megan Eubanks’ Wesmar-powered
Tel-Star Communications No. 99 Triple-X with a
narrow victory over 2008 series champion Johnson.

20-year-old “Broken Arrow Bandit” locked himself
into Sunday night’s 35-lap Steve King Memorial
championship feature.
Starting from the pole position, Bacon outgunned
fellow front row starter Dean Drake (in his ASCS
debut) after the initial start was negated when
Travis Rilat got upside down in turn four before
reaching the green flag. Weathering several cautions
over the initial ten laps, Bacon slipped away from
the field over the final two-thirds of uninterrupted
distance before ultimately taking the checkered flag
with nearly a straightaway advantage aboard Mike and

sprint cars began the night with the NRA Sprint
Invaders and the SOD (Sprints on Dirt) groups coming
together for battle on the high-banked ¼-mile of
thunder. NRA vets Jeff Williams and Luke Hall led
the field to green with Hall leaping to the front
from his outside front row position. The outside or
higher part of the track would prove to be preferred
for Hall throughout the 25-lap finale. When the
white flag was unfurled, the final lap left open
possibilities for each of the three lead drivers to
capture the event. With Hall still battling slower
cars, Stewart and Sauder went side-by-side moving
within a few feet of Hall. When the cars came off of
turn four and headed towards the finish, Hall barely
held off the challenge of Stewart to win his first
feature of the season and only the second all-time
at Limaland Motorsports Park. The margin of victory
was about ten feet. |

picked up his first victory of 2010, driving his

Speedway in Oregon. Shelton led the race briefly at

Shelton, who is built like a NFL left tackle, then
took his car to the high groove to make a last lap
pass to retake the lead and score the victory. |

Saturday night at Spring Creek Raceway, Lynn took

of Team XXX in just his second night in the car.

midget starts, winning both main events on the debut
weekend for the ASCS 2 Midget series. Friday night
at Creek County Speedway in Sapulpa OK, Thomas would
lead every lap of the feature event, holding off
stiff challenges from Team XXX driver Gary Taylor
and Tulsa Shootout champ Kevin Bayer. On Saturday,
Thomas again reigned supreme, this time leading

May 21st. Blake Jenkins
was the second ASCS 2 main event winner Friday night
at Creek County Speedway in Oklahoma. In the
restricted 600 division, the Arkansas based 11 year
old chased down Will Harvey with 5 laps to go to
take his first win with the ASCS 2 series and third
overall triumph of 2010 in his XXX 600 mini sprint. |

Butler |

May 22nd. Dan Hall was
looking at his second straight third place finished
in the 410 sprint division at Butler Speedway on
Saturday night when a little bit of luck went his
way. With a green-white-checkered restart looming,
the lead two cars made contact in turn one, retiring
one and sending the other to the back. This gave the
lead to Hall who parlayed it into his first career
win in the division in his #11 XXX chassis. Aaron
Smith drove his XXX to the runner up position as XXX
chassis were heavily prevalent in the top 10. |

his first career victory at Skagit Speedway in the
Birch Equipment #96x XXX. |

won his third straight main event in the Cook Road
Shell Sportsman Sprints. VanDerSys, who started
sixth, made a power move around the outside of the

and VanDerSys rode out his momentum to the win,
holding off a couple of late race challenges. For
VanDerSys, the win was his third in a row in his
Timber Trax #30 XXX. |

champion Bob Martin was the class of the field
Friday night at River Cities Speedway in Grand
Forks, ND. After placing second in his heat, Martin
took the A Main win holding off the always fast Mark
Dobmeier in his XXX chassis. Martin has been a
frequent visitor to victory lane the past three
seasons, and his brand new XXX will help him make
his run to repeat as NOSA champion. Dobmeier, who
uses XXX components, went on to score the 410 win at
Knoxville Saturday night. |

May 15th. XXX chassis
took first and second in 360 action in Ohio this
weekend, with Luke Hall and Mike Dussel running away
from the pack at Waynesfield Raceway Park. Hall led
every lap of the main event with Dussel closing in a
few times, but unable to make the pass. The win was
Hall’s first of 2010, and continues his strong
history of performances with his XXX chassis in the
Ohio 360 wars. Dussel, racing for Ron Hammons
motorsports, equaled his best finish of the year.

made it two wins in a row in the Cook Road Shell
Sportsman Sprints. Cory Swatzina set out to the
early lead and paced the field for the first 11
laps. Bill Rude reeled him close and passed him down
low out of turn two to take the point on lap 12, and
held it through lap 15 as his cars handling slowly
faded. VanDerSys took advantage, slipping by
Swatzina then powering underneath Rude on lap 16 to
take the lead and the eventual win in his Timber
Trax #30 XXX. |

May 12th. Robert Ballou
picked up a huge win this past Wednesday night at
historic Eldora Speedway in Ohio, winning his third
main of 2010 and third career main event at the
famous half mile. The win was the first for an XXX
chassis in the USAC National series as well as the
first for XXX at Eldora. Robert took to the point
early on then held on for the win in his MPHG
Promotions #81, holding off Bryan Clauson and Levi
Jones for the win. Triple X Race Co wants to
congratulate Robert on the big race win and wish him
the best of luck as he gets back at it this weekend. |

Devil’s Bowl |

May 7th. Travis Rilat
and Brady Bacon led a Team XXX Texas two step in
ASCS Sprint Bandit TNT action on Friday night.
Running at Devil’s Bowl Speedway in Mesquite, Rilat
led all thirty laps of the $3,000 A Feature in the
Richard Bell owned #50off XXX. Bacon followed Rilat
to a close second place finish in the Mike & Megan
Eubanks owned #99 XXX. Rilat has won three main
events this year, but the wingless score was his
first non-wing victory since 2002. Rilat will now
also carry the distinction of winning the first ever
non-wing event in the long history of Devil’s Bowl. |

Harbor Raceway Ford Focus Midget champion Seth Hespe
kick started his charge for back to back title with
a win in the first race of the year in his #92 XXX
midget. After winning his heat race, Hespe took the
lead in the A Feature on lap seven and quickly
distanced himself from the field on his way to
victory lane. Seth also won his heat race and
qualified third fast. Good luck Seth, Brian and the
rest of the crew on your pursuit of a second points

Cottage Grove |

May 8th. With a week off
from his 360 schedule, Kyle Miller returned to his
roots with a win in the Limited Sprint division at
Cottage Grove Speedway in Oregon. After setting
quick time, Miller would lead the first 16 laps of
the main before sliding to second. Using traffic to
his advantage, Miller would jump back into the lead
and hang on to win his first race of the year in his
XXX chassis. Triple X Chassis snagged another spot
on the podium, with Heath Shelton grabbing third
place. |

Landon Hurst is enjoying quite a debut in his XXX
mini sprint at Lemoore Raceway in California.
Competing in the stock class, Hurst won his second
main event of the year on Saturday night in the
Stonekerken Motorsports #179 XXX. After his initial
win on 4/17, Hurst ripped off two second place
finishes before hitting victory lane again this
week. His win this week also vaulted Hurst into the
early season points lead. |

outside row two, Barnes breezed around the outside
of the track, finding a smooth line off the top of
turns three and four en route to his first victory
of 2010. After Barnes was fastest in qualifying, and

challanged by past track champion Travis Jacobson on
a mid race restart. |

Sportsman Sprints. After leading the first 8 laps,
VanDerSys was relegated to second as Michael
Bollinger knifed underneath for the lead coming to
lap nine. With VanDerSys dogging him, Bollinger
would lead laps 9-18 until VanDerSys made a savvy
move in traffic, pinning Bollinger behind lapped
cars. A lap 19 red flag would result in a green
white checkered restart, with VanDerSys bringing
home the victory in the Timber Trax #30 XXX. |

and the Dallas Mulvaney owned MPHG Promotions #81
XXX chassis put on an outstanding show for the crowd
at Houston Raceway Park on Saturday night. After
flipping in his heat race, Ballou thrashed his mount
back together then raced his way into contention
from a 13th place starting position. With his right
rear firmly planted on the cushion, Ballou streaked
around race leader Brady Bacon on lap 28 to take the
lead en route to the win, his second of 2010. Bacon,
aboard the Mike & Megan Eubanks Tel-Star
Communications #99 XXX, finished third after leading
laps 23-28. Travis Rilat, driving the Richard Bell
shoptheboss.com #50 XXX, led the first 23 laps and

Chuck Hebing may want to change his nickname to “Mr.
Opening Night” after Friday night’s run with the
ASCS-Patriot region. After winning his heat race and
becoming the first man to run in the 12 second
bracket at Black Rock Speedway in Dundee NY, Hebing
worked his way through the field and into the lead
by the midway point of the feature to take his first
win of 2010 in his #45 XXX. The win gives Hebing an
astounding 4 victories out of the past 5 ASCS-Patriot
opening night events. |

given to him as an 18th Birthday present. |

XXX Hot Streak in PA |

April 23rd. XXX wins in
Pennsylvania 410 racing continue to pile up. This
week, it was the #33 XXX chassis sprinter driven by
Scott Lutz. Lutz found victory lane on Friday
at Clinton County Speedway in the Dotterer Equipment
410 Sprint class. This particular XXX
chassis was purchased from local XXX dealer STB
Performance and equipped with a Scott Baylor Racing
Engines 410 ... so this was really a home grown PA
win for STB performance.

of Baldacinni early, Rilat caught Land in lapped
traffic then powered underneath him with only four

first win of the year at Kennedale Speedway Park in
the Racesaver 305 class. Beechler topped the 16 car
field for the victory on Saturday night. |

16th. The first XXX chassis rolled
onto the race track in May of 2006. From
there, the XXX chassis has experienced
success on every level but one. The only win
remaining to fill the XXX Trophy Case – A
World of Outlaws feature win. That spot in
the XXX Trophy Case has now been filled,
thanks to Jac Haudenschild
and the Carnahan Motorsports R19 team. Friday night,
April 16, 2010 at Paducah Speedway in Kentucky, Jac
took the lead early in the feature, then endured
multiple double file restarts to claim victory over
the World of Outlaws for himself and all the members
of Team XXX.

night at Skagit Speedway saw Eric Fisher score his
first career victory in the 410 division. Fisher
started outside the front row for the 25 lap A
Feature, settling in to second place after the
initial start. While leader Travis Jacobson streaked
away, Fisher patiently worked his car through the
different lines on the track. Finding the smoothest
line around the surface, Fisher gradually reeled in
Jacobson, then powered by him down the back straight
around lap ten to secure the lead and eventual win
in his family sponsored #59 XXX. |

16th. Jimmy Christian pulled off the
elusive clean sweep on Friday night at Ocean
Speedway in Watsonville, CA in the Wingless
Spec Sprint Division. After winning his heat
and dash, Christian chased race leader Ryan
Bernal around the track for the duration of
the race, finishing second. But post race,
Bernal failed to meet minimum weight
requirements, handing the clean sweep to
Christian in the #32 XXX. |

kicked off his 2010 campaign with a win in 410
action at St Francois County Raceway in Missouri.
After winning the dash, Short led every lap of the
feature that was marred with many accidents and
restarts. Short, the 2008 Benton Country Track
Champion, looks to add another title to his resume
in his brand new XXX chassis this year. |

wants to send our biggest congratulations out to
Brian Montieth, aka "The Edge", along with Jerry
Parrish and the rest of the Premier Auto Works team
as Brian ran away with the feature win Saturday
night at Lincoln Speedway in PA. Montieth beat the
best of the best that the PA Posse has to offer,
finishing in front of the likes of Rahmer, Dewease
and Smith. The win wraps up a successful weekend for
Brian, as Friday night he brought home a fifth place
finish at Williams Grove after starting 14th.
In victory lane Brian commented "Over the Winter, we
talked about going over to a different chassis ...
and this and that. It’s paid off ... this car has been
comfortable for me from day one.".

lead on lap nine from Broken Hill resident Josh Ruhs
and from that point he was never challenged. |

Bridge resident Ryan Jones bounced back from a
disappointing Australian 360ci Sprintcar
Championship outcome late last month in superb
fashion on Saturday night to record his first ever
410ci Sprintcar main event victory in the
prestigious George Tatnell Sprintcar Cup at
Adelaide’s Speedway City. After starting from the
pole position he led the entire 30 lap journey but
he had to hold off a determined last lap challenge
from former Australian Champion and top qualifier
for the event Robbie Farr.

19th and 21st. Jimmy Brookens jump started his
2010 race season by picking up not one but two wins
Pennsylvania 600 action. On Friday night, Brookens
began defense of his Path Valley Speedway track
championship by leading all 20 laps of the main
event as well as winning his heat race. Brookens
followed up his Friday victory by heading out to
nearby Shippensburg Speedway and topping the tough
field of 600s there for a feature win on Sunday.

20th. “Lethal” Leigh Van Ginneken was kicking
*** and taking names in late season Formula 500
action in Australia. After placing second in his two
heats, Van Ginneken piloted his XXX to the dash win
and led all twenty laps of the A Feature at Murray
Bridge Speedway in South Australia. Van Ginneken was
on rails, setting a new ten lap speed record for the
class during the feature. To follow up Saturdays
performance, Van Ginneken scored a second place
finish the next day at Premier Speedway in

finish in the Friday night feature, despite having
his top wing destroyed after getting into a flipping
Tim Kaeding early in the feature. The Carnahan
Motorsports team heads next to Lone Star Speedway in
Texas where Jac, Leonard and the crew will look for

Sutton won both his qualifiers and grabbed his 2nd
main win in his XXX chassis, as he

King of the Wings event featuring 410, 360, Formula
500 and the Wingless sprints, Sutton’s prelim win
sets him up nicely to take home the Wingless finale
later this evening. |

23rd. Congratulations go out to Australian
young gun Todd Waddell on his first 410 Sprint Car
victory. On Saturday, Jan 23rd, Waddell took his
Muir Motorsports #60 to victory from his pole
position, leading every lap. Waddell’s team set the
car up to run the outside of the track, and the Muir
Motorsports XXX was the only car who could get
around the high groove. “The car was on rails,” said

and “Racin” Jason McIver took their XXX chassis to a
1-2 finish in 360 action at Murray Bridge Speedway
in South Australia. From his third place starting
position, Jones quickly ascended to the lead and
held off the hard charging McIver for the duration
of the feature. The win was Jones’ 4th of his
season. McIver tied his season best finish with his
second place showing. Both drivers now turn their
attention to the Australian 360 Championship coming
up in two weeks, a title held by Jones for the past
two years. |

Allan Wakeling brought home back to back wins over
the weekend in his XXX Chassis, taking the
prestigious “Salute to Goodie” and “Gold Cup” race
wins at Ruapuna Speedway in Christchurch, New
Zealand. On Friday night, Wakeling led the final
eight laps to grab his first win of the year, then
followed it up by making a daring mid race pass on
Saturday night to secure the back to back victories.
The eight time New Zealand national champion now
looks to collect number nine heading into next
weekend’s New Zealand championship. |

Sutton took his XXX chassis to victory lane at
Coates Hire Bunbury Speedway in Western Australia on
Saturday night. From his fifth place starting
position, Sutton quickly ascended to second place,
then used a late restart to take the lead en route
to his first non-wing sprint car victory.

Morgan won his first career main event, leading all
25 laps of action at Titan Garages Brisbane
International Speedway in Australia. Starting
outside pole for the feature event, Morgan ran out
to a dominating lead, eclipsing the field at the
final flag by 1.5 seconds in his Morgan Metalcorp #54 XXX. Team XXX loves being a part of

January 9th. Ryan Jones
and his XXX chassis are THE force to be reckoned
with in Australia’s 360 scene. Already a back to
back state and national champion, Jones won the
Speedway City Nationals title for the second time in
his young career on Saturday night with little
challenge. Ryan next looks to add his first 410
victory to his record, as he prepares for the Grand
Annual Sprint Car Classic this month. |

4th time ever running a Microsprint, Victorian Rod
Barker gets a podium finish at the 2009/2010
Australian Microsprint Title at Portland's Southern
500 Speedway. Starting 8th in the main, Rod
moved his way to 3rd racing past some of the top
drivers in AU. In Rod's own words ... "Mate,
I'm still pinching myself".
