Triple X Takes South Australia Title in Hallett’s
First Drive |

3rd. What a
debut it was for former Australian National Champion
Brock Hallett in the Ken Willsher owned #v5 Triple X
Formula 500 (600 Micro Sprint). Hallett took the win
and the South Australian State Title on Saturday
night at Borderline Speedway, decimating the field
en route to the win. Commented Willsher, the car
owner, post race: “Our car speed was incredible. We
probably would have lapped the field if not for a
few cautions.” |

Bacon’s Season Ends with
8th ASCS Win |

Bacon capped his winged racing season with a win on
the Thursday night edition of the Western World
Championship at Canyon Speedway Park in Peoria, AZ.
Bacon led from the outset and rolled his car around
the bottom of the speedway for the duration of the
30 lap feature, bringing home the win with little
challenge in his Triple X Sprint Car. The win gives
Brady 8 victories on the season in ASCS National
Action and ten total Triple X wins on the year.

Thomas’ Win Pulls Him Close to FMSA Championship |

17th. With only two races to go on the 2012
FMSA schedule, Gavin Thomas is doing everything he
can to give himself a shot at this year’s
championship. This past Saturday night, Thomas
collected another feature win in the Jesse Teed
owned #7 Triple X 600 Micro Sprint, taking the W at
Hendry Motorsports Park in Clewiston, FL. The win
brings Thomas within 27 points of the title which
will be decided over 40 lap features this coming
Friday and Saturday. |

15th. Danny Varin used every last inch of real estate available
to him to pick up another CRSA win on Saturday night
at Fonda Speedway. Starting 12th, Varin blazed his
way up to the second position by the white flag lap,
then used up every inch of the track to the point of
running into the inside retaining wall as he passed
for the lead and the win in his Triple X Sprint Car Chassis. Varin’s final margin of victory was .068 seconds,
and the win cost him a folded over front axle just
after crossing the line. |

Posse’s home turf against the invading All Star's
Saturday at Port Royal Speedway to claim the 45th
Annual Tuscarora 50. Esh, from Lancaster, Pa., had
to hold off a charging All Star driver David Gravel
to earn his first career UNOH All Star victory.
Esh’s first win of the season was worth $11,450 for

IL, Thomas and fellow Triple X driver Brett Anderson
swapped the lead multiple times before Thomas taking
control over the last couple laps to complete the
Triple X Midget 1-2 finish. On Saturday, Thomas
again set sail on the point, leading all but the
final foot of the race to take an exciting (yet
disappointing) second place finish behind Bryan
Clauson. |

night, as he piloted his Triple X Sprint
around two cars in the final 3,000 feet of
action to score his first win of 2012. |

in Sprint Car Racing this week was Scotty Thiel, who went an outstanding 3 for 3 in
race action in his Triple X Chassis. Thiel, who was
a Wednesday winner with the MSA Series, won on
Friday and Saturday night against the UMSS winged
sprint cars. Friday night, Thiel took over the lead
on lap 15 and held off Brooke Tatnell to score the
win at St Croix Valley Raceway in Wisconsin. On
Saturday night, it was another Thiel / Tatnell
battle with Thiel again coming out on top after
holding off Brooke from lap six all the way to the
waving checkered flag. |

night at Lincoln Speedway in Abbottstown, PA. Racing
forward from his 7th place starting spot in his
Triple X Chassis, “The Edge” methodically worked his
way forward in a race that ran start to finish
without interruption. Montieth picked up the lead on
lap 27, using a window in lapped traffic to drive
under race leader Cory Hass to take the victory. |

relationship as a car owner and his driver,
it looks like Dan Monhoff and Sean Becker
have found a partnership that will produce big
results for many years to come. Becker drove the
Monhoff owned #35 Triple X Sprint to another win on
Saturday night at Placerville Speedway in
California. In their six races together, Becker has
accumulated two wins, two second place finishes and
a fourth. |

18th. In a night that was filled with
powerful emotions from start to finish,
Kenny Rutz returned the Rutz Family to a
familiar position on Saturday night: Victory Lane at
Skagit Speedway. What made the night so powerful was
the presence of Kenny’s brother Travis, who had not
been to the track since a horrendous accident at
Terre Haute Action Track in 2009. With Travis and
the rest of the family watching from the infield,
Kenny put together a night to remember, setting fast
time, taking second in his heat and retaking the
lead on lap 11 of the main event in his Triple X
Sprint to score his first career victory. With his
brother by his side in victory lane, Kenny Rutz
completed the magical night that touched the hearts
of every driver and every patron of Skagit Speedway
on Saturday night. Said one driver after words –
“It’s a good thing it was a bit dusty, as it gave us
all an excuse to have tears in our eyes when Kenny

point leader Gavin Thomas scored win number
two of 2012 on Saturday night. The FMSA
put on an event called the “Chassis Challenge”,
where the top point scorer for each manufacturer ran
their 600 micro sprint at Marion County Speedway in
Ocala, FL. When the dust settled, it was Thomas
putting the Jesse Teed owned Triple X 600 Micro
Sprint in victory lane. |

August 18th, 2012 - Ferguson’s Long Week Ends
in Victory |

August 18th. The
long shop week for David Ferguson ended up
well worth it on Saturday night, as the
young man found the hours and hours spent
repairing and rebuilding his Triple X Sprint
this week pay off with a victory. Ferguson
tore up his chassis and many components the
previous Saturday night, and spent long
hours in the shop piecing his operation back
together. With the car put back together, it
was smooth sailing on Saturday night at
Canandaigua Motorsports Park, as Ferguson
won his 6th feature of 2012. |

previous years of racing around Creek County
Speedway in Sapulpa, OK, Brady Bacon was
dynamite on the track’s tricky surface on
Friday night en route to another ASCS National Tour win.
Brady dove deep into his bag of tricks to find the
perfect setup in his Triple X Sprint, navigating his
car to the win despite turns one and two being ultra
slick combined with a large, man-eating cushion that
had developed through turns three and four. The win
is Brady’s seventh of the year in Triple X Chassis. |

But as night closed in and the last holes
loomed, Heath succumbed to Badock's
pressure, and blew his 3 stroke lead. That
marks a monumental 3 in a row for Badock. On
the podium, second place Heath vowed to keep playing
the weekly contest until he wins. Badock's
reply ... "We'll probably get snowed out

drove the Gaylon & Carla Stewart Triple X

7 of the 8 races he’s run in the Midget, including

strange ways sometimes – it can go from one
extreme to another in a blink of an eye. For
Danny Lasoski, Lady Luck pulled this exact same
switcheroo on Sunday night at Huset’s Speedway in
Brandon, SD. While leading the All Star Circuit of
Champions main event, Lasoski spun his Triple X
chassis in turn one with two laps left, but kept it
going while a different driver stalled his car out,
drawing a caution. On the ensuing restart, the
position one and two drivers both experienced
mechanical failure, moving Danny from his 4th place
restart to second. Danny then raced around Tim
Shaffer to retake the lead and score the $5,000 pay
day. |

victory lanes in Skagit Speedway history,
one Team XXX drivers misfortune turned into
another’s gain. Zach McCabe tore up his XXX
sprint in heat race action and thrashed to
repair it in time for the feature. After 11
laps, McCabe had worked his way into the
lead and crossed the final flags first with
fellow XXX driver Rob Schroder having worked
his way through the carnage for a hard
fought second. In victory lane, McCabe, who
was forced to put on his backup wing due to
the earlier crash, was found to be illegal
by virtue of the no wicker bill rule in the
Sportsman division. The win was awarded to
Schroder, who like McCabe, was in search of
his first Skagit Speedway win in his XXX
chassis. Congratulations go out Rob and his

few laps left and a straightaway between him and
race leader Mitch Olson. But Hickle and his XXX chassis

Aaron Fell and his DLX 1200
stood tall with his first feature win of 2012 and a
new track record to boot. After lowering the track
record to 10.034 in time trials, Aaron went to work on the bottom of the
racetrack in the feature. Fell passed race leader
Jared Gunderson to take the point mid way through
the main while not losing any of his earlier speed,
running laps as low as 10.058 during the 25 lap A
Main. |

19th. Our kudos and
congratulations go out to Max Johnston of
Camden, NSW Australia. Max is wrapping up
his rookie season in the Australia Winged
Sprint Car wars, and the 18 year old has
picked up the designation as the Australian
Speedway Rookie of the Year as well as being
named the NASR Rising Star for 2012-2012. The
18 year old finished up his season in the top ten in
points at Tyrepower Sydney Speedway in his XXX
chassis, which was purchased at XXX’s exclusive
Australia distributor, Rocket Industries.

Wins Back 2 Back Cowtown 600 Features |

14th. Johnny Boland has
found success early in his 2012 race season
with back to back wins in his XXX 600 at Cowtown Speedway in Kennedale, TX. Boland took the
feature wins on both Saturday April 7th and Saturday
April 14th. Boland’s two wins came in the restrictor
division, as the youngster piloted his blue top
winged #1 to his 2nd and 3rd victories of his Team
XXX career.

13th. Team XXX is enjoying
back to back winning weekends in the 358
wars out in Pennsylvania. This week, Steve
Owings, a multiple time feature winner in
2012, found his way back to victory lane.
Once again, it happened at Trail-Way
Speedway in Hanover, PA, giving XXX chassis
back to back victories at the track with
Kyle Moody having topped action the previous
Friday night. |

April 7th, 2012 - Montieth Claims Lincoln 410

7th. Brian Montieth showed why he’s won the last four
tracks titles in claiming the “410” Sprint Spring
Championship at Lincoln Speedway Saturday night. The
driver known as “The Edge” stayed there most of the
night, making a daring pass over polesitter and
race-long leader Danny Dietrich in heavy lapped
traffic exiting turn two of the 25th lap, and
driving away to a 2.46-second win.
“I didn’t think the track was going to come back to
life after looking at it in the heat races, but I
guess Fred (Putney) knew what he was doing. He made
it a little bit racey,” said Montieth after exiting
the Jerry Parrish-owned Premier Auto Works/Auto
Locator #21 in victory lane, “I was chasing Danny
there before we got into traffic, and sort of missed
my mark a couple of times and got little higher than
what I wanted. It stayed there…”. “I debated a
couple of laps,” continued Montieth, “and then I
decided ‘Oh well…either try to win this thing or
crash it. ” |

victory lane! Racing at his home track of 34 raceway
in Burlington IA, Ditsworth parlayed his outside
front row starting spot into the first of what
promises to be many more feature wins on Saturday

7th. Billy Aton, aka Wild Bill, has been seeking success
in his winged 360 sprint in the California wars for
the past few years, and all the hard work and
dedication paid off on Saturday. Running at Petaluma
Speedway, a place that saw him find success in a
wingless spec sprint, Aton picked up the lead on lap
12 and hung on through a myriad of cautions and reds
to pick up his first winged sprint car win at
Petaluma in his XXX chassis.

weekend. Kyle added his name to the long list of
competitors in Central PA who have scored wins in

April 6th, 2012 - McTaggart Scores Two Wins

6th. AJ McTaggart has some serious momentum building
toward his most important race of the year. Running
his DLX 1200 sprint, McTaggart was a two time winner
over the weekend of 4/6 – 4/7, first taking the
victory at Grafton Speedway, then taking another win
at Lismore Speedway, both in New South Wales,
Australia. McTaggart now has four wins over the
2012-2012 campaign and a huge dose of momentum as he
prepares for the Australian Litre Sprints (1200)
title to be held at Lismore Speedway on April 21st.

March 31st, 2012 - Reutzel Wins ASCS Gulf

31st. It was a night
filled with emotion for Aaron Reutzel.
For years, the Wren family has supported Aaron’s
racing, with Ralph and Terri Wren lending
sponsorship support and acting as car owners during
Aaron’s successful (and still ongoing) micro sprint
career. With the inaugural Nolan Wren memorial on
tap, Reutzel had a lot on the line, as he was
looking to pickup the win in the first running of a
race in the Wren families honor. And win he did.
Taking his #87 XXX chassis from the 6th starting
spot, Reutzel took the lead on lap 20 and then held
off Tony Bruce Jr for a three car length victory
over the ASCS Gulf South Region at Gator Motorplex
in Willis, TX on Saturday night. Congratulations
Aaron, Shelbey, Kenny, Ralph & Terri on winning a
big race that means more than just a payday.

season opening race at Black Rock Speedway in
Dundee, NY in the Cuomo owned 07p XXX, leading every

Central PA continued on Saturday, this time
in the 358 division. Niki Young found his
first win in a XXX chassis by taking the victory on
Saturday night at Lincoln Speedway in Abbottstown,
PA. Young took the lead on lap nine on his way to
the win, giving Team XXX drivers 4 wins in 5 weeks
at Lincoln. |

Payne Dominates Texas 305 Action |

30th and 31st. Logan Payne
put his new XXX chassis to the test this
past weekend in Texas, with Winged 305
action scheduled on Friday night at RPM
Speedway and Saturday night at Cowtown Speedway. The driver and
the car proved worthy of the challenge, as Payne
came away from both nights with victories. The
Dallas, TX native will contest roughly 50 shows this
season in his new XXX chassis, and all of us at Team
XXX congratulate Logan on his fast start! |

March 24th, 2012 - Adams Takes Second Win of

win in February, Koty Adams
continued his early season success story with
another win on Saturday the 24th. Running with the
Southern Thunder Sprints, Koty put his Day
Motorsports backed #16 XXX chassis in victory lane
for the second time this season at Boothill Speedway
in Greenwood, LA.

striking distance for the track championship at

10th. AJ McTaggert debuted a brand new racecar on Saturday
night at Tyrepower Sydney Speedway and like his
previous car, found the speed he needed to succeed.
McTaggert won his second feature of the 2012-2012
campaign at Australia’s premier venue and in the
process, extended his season points lead with a
little left than a month in the season.

since we had a curb like this,” said Montieth upon exiting his Auto Locator/Premier
Auto Works #21 in victory lane, “I miss them! I like
the rough tracks. They’re a little bit more
demanding. I’ve gotta take my hat off to the guys in
the shop. They put another car together this week. I
destroyed that one last week, and that was my fault.
They ain’t mad at me, they just built me another
one.”. Montieth used all racing grooves to move
through the field in his qualifying event (fourth to
first), and then took to the top side for the
feature, coming from seventh starting spot to grab
the victory. The win marks 3 in a row (for 3
different TeamXXX racers) for XXX chassis at the
famed Lincoln speedway. |

March 9th, 2012 -Jones Wins Title Number 4 |

9th. In what can only be
described as the best Australian 360ci Sprintcar Championship final in the history of
the event defending race Champion Ryan edged out
Craig Vanderstelt in a epic battle at the Murray
Bridge Speedway. After trailing Vanderstelt early in
the event Jones took the lead just prior to the mid
way point of the 40 lap final and went on to win by
less than a car length as the duo put on a
breathtaking display of Sprintcar racing that will
long be remembered by all who witnessed the dramatic
race. |

March 8th, 2012 - Bacon Leads ASCS National

8th. Opening weekend has
come and gone for the Lucas Oil ASCS National Tour, and as the dust settles down in
Arizona, Brady Bacon has emerged as the points
leader following the first two races. Friday night,
Bacon put on a passing clinic, working his way from
a 15th place starting position to an eventual second
place finish. Brady had just begun challenging for
the lead when laps ran out on him. On Saturday
night, Brady again took a second place finish,
coming from a fifth place starting spot and again
challenging for the lead on numerous occasions.
Brady is next in action at Cocopah Speedway in
Arizona as he looks to pad his points lead.

3rd. XXX Chassis are 2 for
2 in Pennsylvania following this past
Saturday’s victory by Brent Marks at Lincoln
Speedway. Following up on his second place
run from the season opener, Marks improved
his finish by one spot after taking the lead
from fellow Team XXX driver Adam Wilt on his
way to victory lane. Congratulations Brent,

February 25th, 2012 - The Dude Wraps Up Florida
with 4th Win in 8 Starts |

25th. Considering his
success during Florida Speedweek in
2012, Danny Lasoski may want to consider a fulltime
relocation to the Sunshine State. On Saturday night,
Lasoski banked another $7,000 in winnings over the 2
week span with a feature win over the All Star
Circuit of Champions in his XXX Chassis. The Dover,
MO native was in victory lane 50% of the time over
this past two week span, with two wins at Volusia
and now two wins at Bubba Raceway Park in Ocala, FL,
the site of his Saturday night triumph. Danny took
over the lead on lap 14 then streaked away from the
field for a runaway win. |

February 25th, 2012 - Wilt Victorious At Lincoln

25th. Former national 410
sprint car rookie of-the-year Adam Wilt put
a mediocre 2012 season behind him by
claiming the $3,500-to-win “Icebreaker 30”
at Lincoln Speedway Saturday afternoon.
And he did it in impressive style, passing polesitter Kevin
Nouse on the eighth lap and driving away through
lapped traffic to register a 4.76-second win over a
late-charging Brent Marks. A night dominated
by XXX as 4 of the top 5 positions went to TeamXXX
racers; Wlt, Marks, Montieth and Esh. |

February 25th, 2012 - Judd Wins Vic Wingless

25th. Jeff Judd and his
XXX Chassis were the toast of the town on
Saturday the 25th, as the Victoria based
driver won his local state championship in
the Wingless Sprint division. Racing at Warnambool’s
Sungold Stadium in Victoria AU, Judd bested a huge
field of 65 wingless sprint car racers to claim the
championship. With 18 heat races, D-C-B and A Mains,
the tracks surface was challenged all night by the
sprints, but Judd managed to get his XXX glued to
the ground well enough to move from his 6th starting
position into contention for the lead early on.
Executing a couple of perfect slide jobs, Judd took
over the lead then held off the field to claim his
third state title in his XXX Sprint Car.

December 31st, 2012 - Hahn Brings 4th Golden

31st. Team XXX started 2012 with
a huge heaping dose of momentum, as Blake
Hahn brought Triple X Race Co our fourth
Golden Driller by winning the Eco Tech
Midget main event at this years Tulsa
Shootout. Hahn, the grandson of ASCS promoter Emmitt Hahn, battled with
last year's champion Mike Ward in a Team XXX
dominated race before slipping away to the victory.
